The Miss'd America Pageant

Meet David Hyland, otherwise known as Miss Kitty Hiccups. He/she won the Miss'd America Pageant which is a charity fundraiser that is held on the same catwalk as the Miss America Pageant on the next day. The ballroom event attracted a crowd of 1,200 people. The pageant started in 1993. The event is held at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
